Kukkola Chartered Transport/KukkolanBussit has been transporting customers since 1998.

We are a family-owned company based in Ivalo and operate taxi and charter services mainly in Northern Lapland and the North Calotte region. Our customers are both companies and private individuals.

Kukkola Bus and Taxi Fleet – and Staff

We operate a fleet ranging from small, four-seater taxis to large charter buses with more than 50 seats and minibuses with 19 seats. There is always a suitable vehicle for your group. Depending on the season, we have between 8 and 15 staff: professional and English-speaking drivers, and experienced guides with language skills on our organised tours.

The Super-Popular King Crab Safari to Kirkenes, Norway

A truly memorable experience, the King Crab Safari will take place every Tuesday in December 2025 and in January, February and March 2026, departing from Saariselkä early in the morning even if there is only one person. This trip is guaranteed.

Our destination is Kirkenes, where the crabs will be caught and enjoyed in the restaurant of the Snowhotel. This is a unique opportunity to dive deeper into the northern Arctic atmosphere and learn about the importance of king crab as a major export from northern Norway.
